I never received my order? 

All items purchased from www.flightamins.com.au are made in agreement with a shipment contract. We pass all items onto Australia Post upon checkout of our product - if they lose your parcel, you must contact them and seek compensation.  If you are worried about a lost item, please contact info@flightamins.com.au so that we can do everything within our power to try and find your parcel.                       

I made a mistake with my name or contact details when ordering, what should I do?

Notify us immediately. If we are yet to ship your order we will do our best to locate your parcel and amend the details. However, if we are unable to change your order in time and you have given us the incorrect address or contact details, then we are unable to compensate you with a replacement order. We suggest that you contact the occupant of the address to retrieve your parcel. If they cannot locate your parcel either, please contact Australia Post and quote the contact and postage details you provided upon checkout to try and locate your parcel.
